Danielle Liao, CQM Health Planner, Debbie Cestaro-Seifer, BRHPC’s quality improvement nurse consultant, and Timothy Thompson from the Broward County Human Services Community Partnerships Division (CPD) presented “Continuous Clinical Quality Improvement Program Elevated by Broward Ryan White Part A EMA Using Novel Quality Improvement Toolkit.” This presentation highlighted a Quality Improvement (QI) Toolkit initially developed in 2020 and revised in 2024 by BRHPC’s CQM Health Planners and the Clinical Consultants. The QI Toolkit is designed to assist subrecipients of Broward County’s Ryan White Part A grant by providing a structured template for QI Network members to systematically review and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data related to program and client care needs.
